Refunds

- CD/DVDs - We do not offer refunds on CD/DVD purchases. If, however, the product you receive is defective or damaged we will gladly replace it.

- MP3/24Bit Downloads - Refunds on audio downloads will not be given due to enforced copyright protection. All of our tracks are available for full audition on the website, and the music license agreed to, before MP3/24Bit file download is permitted.

If problems occur during download and the file is inaccessible or rendered corrupt please e-mail us CLICK HERE and a technician will assist you directly.

Please Note:
Your audio files will be sent to you via automated e-mail. Please ensure the your e-mail address has been entered correctly. Accent Music Productions will not accept responsibility for any misspelling. If you have made an error please contact us and we will arrange for an alternate delivery method.

Shipping

All Complete Library Edition disks are shipped by Xpresspost, a service guaranteeing 3 – 4 business day delivery to the USA, customs pending, and 2-day delivery within Canada.

All international orders and Custom Cutz collections are shipped by regular air mail with a 10-14 day delivery time, customs pending.

Disks are shipped in bubble pack mailers to ensure that no damage occurs while in the air/land mail system. If your order does become damaged en route we will gladly replace the product without charge.
