What exactly is Royalty-Free Music?

Royalty-Free Music has many titles –
stock music, buyout music, production music,
library music, copyright free music,
– just to name a few!
For the most part these titles all mean the same thing.
The user pays a one time fee to use the music within the
boundaries of a royalty-free music license.

This entitles the user to record and synchronize the

performance rights societies who in turn collect information from cue sheets
