publicly a cue sheet
must be completed and

The music license
grants you three rights
to the music.
1. Mechanical: this
allows you to record the
music into your system.
2. Synchronization:
allows you to synch the
music to your
audio/visual work.
3. Public
Performance: allows the
music, as part of a new
audio/visual production,
to be broadcast.
The
other major stipulation
is that all major
network and
international broadcast
of the music is cleared
through SOCAN, (Society
of Composers, Authors
and Music Publishers),
the performance rights
association of Canada.
The broadcast companies
are then responsible for
the payment of
royalties. You must
indicate on all cue
sheets the composition
title 'All Music Is
Accent Music Productions
(SOCAN)'.
