refunds on CD/DVD purchases. If,
however, the product you receive
is defective or damaged we will
gladly replace it.

Downloads

Refunds on
audio downloads will not be
given due to enforced copyright
protection. All of our tracks
are available for full audition
on the website, and the music
license agreed to, before
MP3/24Bit file download is
permitted.

download and the file is
inaccessible or rendered corrupt

Shipping
All Complete Library Edition
disks are shipped by Xpresspost,
a service guaranteeing 3 – 4
business day delivery to the
USA, customs pending, and 2-day
delivery within Canada.
All international orders and
Custom Cutz collections are
shipped by regular air mail with
a 10-14 day delivery time,
customs pending.
Disks are shipped in bubble
pack mailers to ensure that no
damage occurs while in the
air/land mail system. If your
order does become damaged en
route we will gladly replace the
product without charge.
