purchasing any CD, DATA disk or
MP3/24Bit download from
Accent Music Productions
a single non exclusive license
will be granted to use
the music subject to the
following terms and conditions.
The music purchased may be used
by the licensee only
for the purpose of
synchronization within their own
audio and visual productions for
a period
of 99 years.
The licensee may not copy,
share, lend, duplicate or resell
MP3/24Bit download(s),
music contained within each CD
or DATA disk collection and/or
license agreement to any other
individual.
Any attempt to do so will result
in criminal prosecution.
Major network and international
broadcast of this music is
cleared through SOCAN (Society
of composers, authors and music
publishers of Canada). Please
indicate on all relevant cue
sheets the composition title
along with
'All music is: Accent Music
Productions (SOCAN)'

SHEET)
The licensee may not rerecord or
alter the music
for the purposes of creating new
compositions.
Copyright to all music belongs
exclusively to
Accent
Music Productions.
Accent Music Productions
reserves the right to change
or amend
the music license agreement at
